ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)– An Albany man has been charged with murder after a reported fatal shooting on Myrtle Avenue Sunday night. According to officers, 25-year-old Cire Gray allegedly shot a 36-year-old man multiple times.

Officers said around 7:10 p.m. they were dispatched to Myrtle Avenue and Grand Street for reports of a shooting. When they arrived on scene, they found the injured man and began life-saving measures.
The victim was then transported to the Albany Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. Gray was then taken into custody near Arch and Grand Streets.
On Monday morning, police confirmed that the victim, whose identity is being withheld pending family notifications, died from his injuries…
