Stewart’s Shops is looking to shake things up in Saratoga Springs. The plan is to build a bigger and better store on South Broadway that will replace a Stewart’s Express and a neighboring house.
This project has actually been in the works for a few years, but it ran into delays because of the house next door. Some people believed the home had historical value, which led the city to deny permission to demolish it at first.
