HALFMOON, N.Y. (WNYT) — A Saratoga County man is facing 13 felony counts after prosecutors said he concealed 13 dead dogs inside his vehicle.
Saratoga County District Attorney Brett Eby said Paul H. Daby Jr. has been indicted on 13 counts of tampering with physical evidence. According to the District Attorney’s Office, the charges stem from allegations that Daby had the dogs in garbage bags inside his vehicle on June 24, 2025.
