CLIFTON PARK, NY — Deputies from the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Halfmoon man early Saturday on several charges following a driving complaint in the town of Ballston.
According to the sheriff’s office, deputies received a report of a motorist at 12:39 a.m. on Eastline Road.
