A 19-year-old man faces felony charges after state troopers discovered about 150 pounds of cannabis in his vehicle during a traffic stop in Upstate New York.
Louie J. Diabo of Hogansburg was arrested on Monday and charged with criminal possession of cannabis in the first degree, a class D felony, along with vehicle and traffic law violations.
