EAST GREENBUSH, N.Y. (WNYT)- Upstate Cookie Shack has opened a larger new shop in East Greenbush with more space, more seats and a wider menu.
A grand opening was held this weekend at Upstate Cookie Shack’s new storefront at 274 Troy Road in East Greenbush. Owners said they outgrew the shop’s former home on Route 4 in North Greenbush, not far from the new location.
Construction started in January. The new space is slightly larger at 1,600 square feet and includes a seating area for around 25 people…
