National bank opens new branch in Troy

TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A national banking chain has opened a new, full-service branch in the city of Troy. KeyBank, located at 73 Vandenburgh Avenue, held its grand opening on Friday.

The new facility offers full-serving banking capabilities, including a drive-up ATM, two drive-thru lanes and free parking. Sitting across from Hudson Valley Community College and sharing a plaza with Market 32, the company said they hope the new location widens accessibility for its clients.

“We look forward to becoming an integral part of this community,” said Erica Choi, KeyBank’s Capital Region president and commercial banking leader. “This new location highlights KeyBank’s continued investment in the Capital Region and commitment to working closely with our neighbors, clients and community partners.”

To celebrate its opening, KeyBank donated $20,000 to Unity House and $10,000 to Live Limitless Refuge Center.
