GREEN ISLAND, N.Y. (WNYT)- NewsChannel 13 is saluting Green Island veteran Ted Koniowka for his years of military service.
Koniowka served in the Army for 2 years and received the Good Conduct Medal. He later served 22 years in the Naval Reserves.
