Troy, NY (WRGB) — A day after Troy City leaders announced a policy agreement for how the city’s Flock license plate readers would be utilized, vandalism appears to reference the cameras.
Thursday morning, Mayor Carmella Mantello shared photos of a city-owned truck and the Hedley Building, spray painted with “FLOCK.” City Hall is within the Hedley Building.
