ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A Bernalillo County deputy who is accused of using excessive force on a teenage girl in December has been indicted for child abuse and felony aggravated battery.
The incident happened near Second Street and Griegos Road after deputies were called to a disturbance involving a teenage girl who had left the Bernalillo County Youth Services Center.

According to investigators, the teen had allegedly injured two sheriff’s deputies and a court security officer before Deputy Bryan Lassley arrived on scene to take photographs of the already detained juvenile.
