A monsoon high is strengthening south of New Mexico today, helping temperatures climb across the state. This will bring us the hottest day of the week for many locations reaching the 90s and triple digits, with Albuquerque potentially hitting 100° again. Moisture will also begin moving into western New Mexico this afternoon. This will bring wet and dry thunderstorms across western and southern parts of New Mexico.
