ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Albuquerque had its second 100-degree day for June and for 2026 and a few spots in the metro may get into the low 100s again Wednesday.
Some cloud cover filters overhead to block some of the sun this afternoon. Many valley/low-lying southern New Mexico towns are likely to see temps rising into the 100s as well, with the National Weather Service issuing another round of Heat Advisories. For Otero County and to the west, those advisories are in effect until 9 p.m. For Eddy and Lea County, Heat Advisories are in effect from 1-8 p.m.
