Albuquerque RV community pushes back after alleged city eviction notice

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — An Albuquerque RV community said they may not have anywhere to go after they claim the City of Albuquerque told them to vacate their property.

The community is on Central Avenue near Tramway Boulevard. Community members say, first, a notice was put up, saying Code Enforcement was conducting some sort of inspection. Then, they said the Albuquerque Police Department and Albuquerque Fire Rescue showed up alongside Code Enforcement, telling them they had to get out.
