BERNALILLO — A man was arrested for stabbing a man in the neck on Fourth of 4th of July in Bernalillo.
Quintin Valencia, 33, of Santo Domingo Pueblo, was arrested for aggravated battery and resisting police near Urban Wellness on US 550.
