Albuquerque’s Zoning Hearing Examiner has approved a conditional use permit for an outdoor amphitheater at 1500 Desert Surf Cir N.E., a vacant commercial lot near the I-25/Montano Road interchange.
According to the conditional use decision, owner Prop Thirteen Albuquerque LLC received approval on July 1 to build the venue at the Renaissance Center 3 commercial development off Montano Road. The project agent is Sergio Lozoya of Tierra West.
