ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A judge sentenced a man who took a plea deal in the case of the drug-related death of his 4-month-old baby in Albuquerque last June.
Victor Gonzales will spend 22 years in prison after pleading no contest to a charge of reckless child abuse resulting in death.
Gonzales and the baby’s mother, Gabriella Muniz, slept in the same bed as the baby and exposed the baby to illegal drugs, including meth. He allegedly admitted to rolling over on to the baby at one point…
