BERNALILLO — Was Adam Kruse the aggressor when he shot and killed Josiah Yazzie of Rio Rancho Dec. 10, 2024 in Northern Meadows near Dixon Meadows Drive?
That was the question this week as Kruse, 60, of Rio Rancho, faced a second trial in Yazzie’s December 2024 killing.
The jury once again could not decide on a verdict for Kruse Friday. They found him not guilty of second-degree murder but could not decide on the lesser charge of voluntary manslaughter.
