ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Sewage backup in a sink, electrical hazards, and inadequate protection against the weather. Those are just some of the problems City of Albuquerque inspectors found at an apartment complex. As the city takes action against the property, tenants are describing the horrible conditions they’ve been living in.
