ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – It’s now up to a jury to decide if a former Albuquerque teacher is guilty or not guilty on accusations of raping a student. That teacher took the stand in his own defense today.
On the witness stand, Patrick Corr denied ever having sex with a 17-year-old, but when questioned by the state, he admitted to having inappropriate Snapchat conversations with the teen. “And you would agree that Snap-chatting your student or * and talking about the things that you talked about is not appropriate?” asked state prosecutors.
