WOODBRIDGE, Va. — Police say a shooting that left a man dead in a Woodbridge parking lot stemmed from a drug deal that turned violent. On Monday, Prince William County Police announced the arrest of two people in connection with the death of 42-year-old Frances Joseph Douglas.
The shooting happened in the 1200 block of Potomac Vista Drive on May 12. Investigators arrested 20-year-old Taiyon Damari Jackson of Alexandria on May 21 and 23-year-old William Latrale Lisenby of Lorton the next day.
