New Leapfrog report ranks hospitals’ safety grades in DC, Maryland, and Virginia

In the DMV region, the latest results show a mixed picture: several Maryland hospitals earn top marks, Virginia ranks among the stronger states nationally, and hospitals in Washington, D.C., are included in the broader grading system.
