WASHINGTON (7News) — A popular D.C. restaurant and nightclub will pay more than $243,000 to settle allegations it violated workers’ rights, Attorney General Brian Schwalb announced Wednesday.
The settlement requires Park Place Inc., which owns and operates The Park at 14th, to pay $127,321 to more than 270 current and former workers. It must also pay $116,029 in civil penalties to the District.
