WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) was looking for suspects in an armed robbery that took place in Chinatown over the weekend.
According to MPD, around 12:30 a.m. on June 26, officers responded to a reported robbery in the 700 block of 6th St. NW.
Police said that there, a group of suspects had discharged a firework at the victims. None of the victims were injured. They tried to leave, but the suspects followed them.
