DC permanent youth curfew takes effect

WASHINGTON — After months of debate over curfews and “teen takeovers,” the DC Council’s permanent youth curfew takes effect Thursday.

The curfew applies to anyone who is under 18 years old. That includes visitors to the city, not just residents.
