Toimoi Bakery, a popular bakery at many Northern Virginia farmers markets, is opening a new brick-and-mortar space in Fairfax’s Mosaic District, FFXNow reported.
Toimoi offers a selection of desserts and pastries with Asian-inspired flavors, including the trendy Supreme Croissant — a circular croissant filled with flavored cream and topped with white chocolate. The bakery has been in operation since 2021.
Currently, Toimoi has a presence at seven farmers markets around the region — including FreshFarm’s Mosaic market — and one permanent production facility in Chantilly, where customers can pick up pastries on weekends…
