ALEXANDRIA, Va. (7News) — Authorities have found family members of a young toddler who was found alone on a street in Alexandria, Virginia, on Sunday morning.
The child was found in the 4600 block of Kinsey Lane and was safe while officers worked to identify his relatives, according to the Alexandria Police Department.
