WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Severe thunderstorm warnings have been issued across the DMV on Monday.
The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for D.C. until 4:45 p.m., as heavy rain and pea-sized hail are expected with wind gusts going up to 60 mph.

In Virginia, thunderstorm warnings have been issued across Fairfax County, Arlington, Alexandria, Leesburg and Ashburn, expiring at around 5 p.m.
