WALDORF, Md. — A 20-year-old Waldorf man has been charged with making a threat of mass violence after authorities alleged he sent a private Instagram message threatening a school shooting at Davis Middle School.
Carmelito Augustus Newsome, 20, of Waldorf, is charged in Charles County District Court with one misdemeanor count of threat of mass violence, according to court records.
