WASHINGTON (7News) — A woman from Northeast DC is facing a second-degree murder charge after police said a man was found dead in a residence.
The incident took place on the morning of August 16, when police responded to the 200 block of K Street Northeast for a report of an unconscious person.
“Upon arrival, officers located an adult male with visible injuries who was unconscious and not breathing inside of a residence,” the Metropolitan Police Department said. “DC Fire and EMS responded to the scene and found no signs consistent with life and pronounced the victim dead.”…
