Alexandria US Air Force pilot runs one mile for each victim lost on 9/11 ahead of 25th anniversary

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A U.S. Air Force pilot from Alexandria is running one mile for each of the 2,977 people killed in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.

Capt. Hanna Born was three years old and inside the Pentagon daycare with her younger sister when American Airlines Flight 77 struck the building.
