MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Traffic along the Capital Beltway, near the Interstate 270 Spur, was delayed Wednesday morning after a jackknifed tractor-trailer was involved in a crash.
The collision happened in the outer loop, near Greentree Road. According to the Maryland Department of Transportation traffic map, three trucks were involved, and traffic delays are starting near MD-355.

Maryland State Police told DC News Now that troopers responded to the crash around 12:40 a.m. Troopers were notified that a jackknifed tractor-trailer had blocked three lanes near Bradley Boulevard. Officials learned that a UPS tractor-trailer, pulling a double trailer, tried to avoid hitting the jackknifed truck when it sideswiped a third tractor-trailer.
Paramedics tended to all drivers and occupants at the scene, and they all refused treatment…
