An Annandale man was killed over Labor Day weekend after being struck by an SUV driver while walking on I-395 in Lincolnia, the Virginia State Police says.
Troopers responded to the southbound lanes of I-395 near the 2-mile-marker at Edsall Road on Sept. 6 at 5:59 a.m. for the crash.
