WASHINGTON (7News) — A D.C. official has died after two electric scooters collided Friday evening at an intersection in Southeast Washington, D.C., the Metropolitan Police Department said.
First District officers responded around 6:47 p.m. Oct. 9 to 8th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, Southeast. Police said the scooter riders, a man and a woman, collided in the intersection.
