Two people arrested in Stafford County after stealing from Target 6 times

STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. ( DC News Now ) — Two people from Woodbridge were arrested in Stafford County after being caught stealing from a Target for the sixth time.

The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) said on Jan. 29 around 1:30 p.m. deputies responded to the Target located at 1090 Stafford Market Place after staff members made a report about the repeat thieves.

Target employees said the two thieves, Aaron Richardson, 56, and Denise Schultz, 57, had left in a black Audi. The pair made it to the Garrisonville Road intersection when deputies conducted a traffic stop.

The pair had stolen two vacuums and a cordless massager which was about $600 in total. Deputies found the three items in their car.

Upon further investigation, SCSO said it was discovered that the two had repeatedly stolen from Targets in Stafford and Fairfax counties. They had stolen over $5,400 worth of merchandise.
