WASHINGTON — Six years after Kevin Redd was shot and killed in an alley, a man has been convicted for his death.
Redd, 32, was heading home after working a late shift at HalfSmoke restaurant when he was killed in an alley just two blocks from his home. He was a father to three with a fourth on the way, born just weeks after his death.
