An HVAC contractor based in Lehigh County reached a settlement with the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office to resolve a lawsuit alleging deceptive and high-pressure sales tactics.
Attorney General Dave Sunday announced the agreement Thursday with Curtis Total Service Inc., 1415 E. Pennsylvania St. in Allentown, and two of its employees, current manager Richard Price and former HVAC field supervisor Matthew Price.
They agreed to pay a combined $300,000 to the state and ensure their business practices comply with the Pennsylvania Consumer Protection Law and Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act, Sunday said…
