EASTON, Pa. — Nothing Bundt Cakes has opened a new bakery in Easton, bringing the national specialty cake chain to another Lehigh Valley community.
The Easton bakery is one of three Nothing Bundt Cakes locations in or near the Lehigh Valley, joining the company’s Lehigh/Allentown and Quakertown shops.
The bakery, at 3788 Nazareth Road, soft-opened in late May and is now serving customers, Bakery Manager Libby Schwartz said in an interview. The location offers pickup, delivery and fundraising services, according to the company’s website…
