A 31-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with a stabbing Tuesday afternoon on an Allentown street, city police said.
Cara Strout-Vaxter, no known address, is charged with felony aggravated assault, misdemeanor simple assault and misdemeanor reckless endangerment.
