MAHONING TWP., CARBON COUNTY(WBRE/WYOU) — State police say they arrested a man after investigating an armed robbery at a smoke shop in Carbon County.
22-year-old Damian Michael Messinger of Slatington was arrested and charged for an alleged armed robbery at the PA Smoke Shop in Mahoning Township.
