A former Bucks County police officer who was arrested in March in Hilltown Township as part of an ongoing drug investigation, had two felony drug charges withdrawn at a preliminary hearing in Bucks County district court last week.
Thomas J. Mee, 47, of Middletown Township, Bucks County, had felony counts of manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communications device withdrawn at the preliminary before Magisterial District Judge Regina Armitage, according to court records.
