Suspect to Victim: Do the Right Thing, Don’t Show Up To Court

A Massachusetts man is heading to trial after District Judge John Galloway ruled at a Wednesday preliminary hearing that the Commonwealth presented enough evidence to sustain intimidating a victim charges.

48 year-old Phillip Baker who is represented by the Bucks County Public Defender’s Office is due back in court at the Justice Center in Doylestown after last week’s preliminary hearing.

Perhaps the order a Bucks County District Judge put in place in March is now hitting home for the Massachusetts man who defied a no-contact order with the victim in which he’s been accused of simple assault, parent/guardian related child endangerment, charges in separate but related case, police say…
