A new healthcare practice founded by an Air Force veteran and nurse practitioner opened its doors in Carbon County on June 4, the local chamber announced in a news release.
Sirona Family Health Care, LLC, 1155 Interchange Road in Lehighton, celebrated its official launch with a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Carbon Chamber & Economic Development Corporation. Community members, local leaders and supporters attended the event to tour the facility and meet founder Dr. Gretchen Hope Miller Heery.
Heery, a doctoral-prepared nurse practitioner and U.S. Air Force veteran, established the practice to provide patient-centered care.
