Prospective homebuyers are taking advantage of the market in a region where options are limited but optimism and reward remains high, according to a report by the Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors.
In May, while closed sales decreased 2.4% and inventory slipped to 693 units across Lehigh and Northampton counties, pending sales suggest buyers are not retreating from the market.
