A new Lehigh Valley ice cream and coffee shop hopes to bring joy one scoop at a time to both customers and its employees.
Get Joy Ice Cream & Coffee will have a soft opening June 30 at 3592 Route 378 in Lower Saucon Township, owner Sara Heintzelman said, before a July 14 ribbon cutting.
