A Souderton man sentenced in 2017 to five to 15 years in state prison for supplying drugs that killed his friend in Bucks County was sentenced to Montgomery County jail for the assault of a man outside a local bar last summer.
Kyle Allen Wireman, 37, was sentenced this month by Common Pleas Judge Risa Vetri Ferman to 160 days served to 23 months in jail after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor simple assault charge, according to the criminal court docket. No probation was given, per court records.
A felony aggravated assault charge was dismissed, as were misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, and summary violations of disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, and harassment, per the criminal complaint.
