LEHIGH CO., Pa. – A well-known operator of multiple Lehigh Valley restaurants has died.
Michael L. Dontas Jr., a co-owner of Copperhead Grille in Allentown and Upper Saucon Township and Utopita in Bethlehem Township, has passed away, according to an announcement on the restaurants’ social media pages.
“It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Michael L. Dontas Jr., beloved co-owner of Copperhead Grille and Utopita, devoted family member, and cherished friend,” the online post reads.
