LANSDALE — A Bucks County man must answer to charges in Montgomery County Court that he had indecent contact with a teenage girl while posing as a rideshare driver.
Ryan S. Applegate, 38, of the 1800 block of North Limekiln Pike, of Hilltown Township, was ordered to stand trial, after a preliminary hearing before District Court Judge Edward Levine, on charges of indecent assault without consent, indecent assault by force, unlawful contact with a minor, false imprisonment of a minor and corruption of a minor in connection with the alleged April 21, 2026, incident in Lansdale.
Applegate now faces a July 29 formal arraignment hearing on the charges in county court. After that hearing, a judge will set Applegate’s trial date…
