Judge sentences man in Christmas Eve burglary at Fountain Hill pharmacy

FOUNTAIN HILL, Pa. – An Allentown man who burglarized a pharmacy in Lehigh County on Christmas Eve in 2024 has learned his sentence.

Miguel Angel Martinez, 57, was ordered to serve 8 to 20 years in state prison by Judge Anna-Kristie M. Marks on June 26, the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office said in a news release.
