CATASAUQUA, Pa. – A new fast-casual eatery in Lehigh County is serving up a tasty promotion for its grand opening later this week.
Rico Pica Pollo, a fast-casual eatery specializing in Dominican-style fried chicken, will hold its grand opening from 4 to 10 p.m. on Thursday, July 9, at 117 Pine St. in Catasauqua.
Free fried chicken and other select items (while supplies last) will be offered from 4 to 6 p.m., according to Jeovanny Sanchez, who’s operating the business with his partner, Julio Francisco.
A limited menu, featuring fried chicken, chicken filets, tostones, French fries, mashed potatoes and chofan (Dominican-style fried rice with ham, vegetables and other ingredients), will be available on Thursday for the grand opening, Sanchez added.
