For the second time, a Telford woman is to serve jail time for stealing thousands of dollars from people who trusted her.
At a sentencing hearing July 8, Bucks County Common Pleas Judge Matthew Weintraub ordered Jacqueline Bucco, 48, to serve the maximum county sentence for stealing more than $20,000 from her elementary school Parent-Teacher Organization.
The sentence means that Bucco is to serve one day less than 12 months to one day less than 24 months in Bucks County Correctional Center. She was also ordered to serve five years of restrictive probation after she’s released…
